Henderson, Pernaselli Lead Athens To Big Wins Over North Penn-Mansfield, Towanda.

TOWANDA - Seniors Emily Henderson and Emma Pernaselli were triple-winners to lead Athens to wins over North Penn-Mansfield and Towanda here Monday in NTL Large School Division girls track & field action.
Senior Mya Thompson, junior Sara Bronson, and sophomore Lizzie Gorsline were each double-winners for the Lady Wildcats, who tallied 102 points in the win. North Penn-Mansfield had 44.5 points, and Towanda had 41.5.
"The girls had another good night," said Athens coach Mike Bronson. "We cut back on everyone due to the weather... we're not used to temperatures like we had, so we didn't want to over do.
